Ultimate Spider-Man was a reprint title which reprinted the American Marvel Comics Ultimate Spider-Man series in standard A4 magazine size in the UK. It was published by Panini under the Marvel UK name every four weeks from April 2002 until 2005 (40 issues in total) when Panini's Ultimate X-Men title was merged into it and the title changed to Ultimate Spider-Man and X-Men from #41. The series ran until 2009 when it was cancelled due to falling sales. Panini have since published an unrelated Ultimate Spider-Man Magazine.
