Tweedledope is a creation of the mutant Mad Jim Jaspers, and a member of the Crazy Gang, occasional thorns in the side of Captain Britain (Brian Braddock). Originally a native of Earth-238, Tweedledope was recreated by Jaspers on Earth-616 after his homeworld's destruction. Though seemingly of extremely limited intelligence and apparently unable to speak, Tweedledope is a genius when it comes to building things; he created the robot Widget, and seems to be responsible for maintaining the Crazy Gang's robot Executioner.
