Tom Foster, who won the 2000 AD portfolio competition in 2013, is a comics artist who has drawn Storm Warning (pictured) for the Judge Dredd Megazine. His other work includes:

- Illustrations accompanying a text story about Judge Dredd in 2000 AD prog 1961 (the Christmas prog for the year 2015)
