Who Isaac Le Baroque is, we never find out. A rather disappointing finale for Lawless, with a running joke about how young people (as represented by Winston) are long-haired layabouts who listen to ugly music. This probably resonated more with the unknown person writing the strip than with its target audience. Also, Lawless breaks into a building without deactivating its alarm system first, which is very out of character for him.
