History[]
The man known only as the Exterminator was an assassin with a reputation for utter ruthlessness — on one occasion he apparently murdered his own brother, also an Exterminator, for daring to compete with him. He was hired by the underworld organisation called Crime, Incorporated to kill their rival, the Spider, who he subjected to a number of bizarre assassination attempts including tricking him into a fake alien spaceship rigged with death traps!
Eventually, the Spider talked the Exterminator into joining forces with him against Crime, Inc and the two men destroyed the entire organisation and stole all their profits. Unfortunately for the Exterminator, the Spider had decided he rather enjoyed crimefighting and broke up their partnership in order to go straight. When the Exterminator understandably turned on him, the Spider used a device of his own invention to age the Exterminator by several decades in seconds, leaving him reduced to a feeble old man.

Weaknesses
His own arrogance and vanity. Also, a tendency to overcomplicate things. Sometimes, a simple bullet works better...

Equipment
An unfeasible number of peculiar weapons, including a fake spaceship tricked out with various traps including poison gas. Oh, and his hood has a death ray mounted in it.

Jet boots.
