Terence Joseph Nation (8th August 1930-9th March 1997) was a TV scriptwriter from Wales, best known for his contributions to the science fiction genre, notably Doctor Who, Blake's 7 and Survivors. He created The Daleks for Doctor Who, and was credited as one of the writers of The Dalek Chronicles for TV Century 21 (though how much of it he actually wrote is a matter of debate).
