Teco is a character from the 2000 AD strip Bad City Blue. He was the baddest of the Button Men in Bader City. When former Button Man Blue had reverted to his original mindset, the robot controllers deployed all the remaining Button Men to kill him. Blue shot through them all with ease before being taken down by Teco, just before the control room he needed to get to.
However, Teco made the mistake of toying with Blue for too long before delivering the coup de grâce. This allowed Blue to regain his strength and overpower Teco, killing him.
