  • On page thirteen Starlord warns his star-troopers that the Interstellar Federation "has launched an invasion of Dexial 5 using a terrifying 'Claw-Regiment' of GIANT CRABS!" This event is depicted on the front cover of the comic by Ron Embleton.
  • Pages twenty-four and twenty-five include a graphic full-colour depiction of a woman drowning from the inside, by Peña.
