History[]
Born in the Radlands of Ji in China, probably in the late 21st century, Stan Lee (no relation) was a skilled martial artist who became an assassin known as Deathfist. He repeatedly faced Judge Dredd (and was one of the few individuals ever to defeat him in combat).
In 2127 AD Stan Lee escaped from captivity in Mega-City One and put Judge Giant, Jnr. in intensive care. He made his way to Hondo City, where it took the combined efforts of Judge Dredd, Shimura and Aiko Inaba to recapture him. Shimura chopped off his left hand because Lee had killed his girlfriend Yukiko Toyama twenty years ago, and given Shimura his distinctive scars.
Stan Lee regenerated his hand after mastering the power of 'Black Chi' through meditation, which gave him mystical powers but also drove him insane. When Lee was once more imprisoned in Mega-City One, his daughter Yin Mie came to free him, intending that they should use a time rift below the City to destroy the universe. Lee was pushed into the rift and sent back to the dawn of time where he accidentally caused the Big Bang to happen instead, apparently totally destroying himself in the process.
