The CID Supernatural Division, nicknamed the "Soup Squad", was a police unit set up to deal with supernatural menaces beyond the abilities of regular police to deal with. Led by the moustachioed Inspector Hecktor, members included a black policewoman named Morrison, a skinny white bloke called Slater, and a big guy named Dickens who wore leathers and a Mohican haircut. For a supposed elite group, they were actually fairly inept, aside from Hecktor.
