Silver Weir was a revolutionary imprisoned for terrorism in penal colony SPC-14 when she hooked up with Paul 'Deacon' Younger and three other fellow prisoners to escape and become the new Harlem Heroes. An expert with most weapons with a talent for demolition, Silver was the only female member of any version of the team.
