History[]
In 2256 AD Rorschach Skubbs and his wife Salacia took a holiday on one of the habitable electromagnetic fluke areas discovered on the surface of the Sun by astronomer Clabezius Toglu, which had predictably been turned into a resort complex. Unfortunately, the heat got to Rorschach and he killed Salacia with a thoughtlessly swung frying pan, then ended up on the run when he was discovered trying to dispose of her body. Stealing a boat, he tried to flee to another resort area, assuming that once he was beyond the three mile limit he would be beyond the jurisdiction of the local authorities and could live in luxury on Salacia's life insurance. Unfortunately, Rorschach had made a tragic error: he had failed to realize that the three mile limit was not a territorial demarcation line, but the point at which the electromagnetic fluke area ended. Rorschach was fried immediately, having finally found his place in the Sun.

Trivia[]
Rorschach appeared in 'Sunburn', an episode of Tharg's Future Shocks. 'Sunburn' is a story about why it's stupid to create a life insurance policy that automatically pays someone a large amount of money as soon as their wife drops dead.
