Pustula, whose orins are unrevealed, was one of the three "cousins" of the Sisters of Death summoned to aid them against Judge Anderson (the others were Dementia and Ephemera). They failed and were banished back to Deadworld.

Pustula had the ability to spread a fatal, highly contagious disease called Blisteria 101, which covered people in festering boils before killing them.
Trivia[]
Unlike Phobia and Nausea, Pustula appears to be still alive, although she probably isn't.
