Pup Parade was a strip which ran in the Beano from issue #1326 (December 1967) until 1988, later returning from 2003-2004. A follow-up to the one-off strip Dog's Tale, it concerned the misadventures of the pet dogs of the Bash Street Kids, with each dog corresponding to its master in appearance; so, Pug was owned by Plug, Peeps was owned by Toots and so on.
