Paul Vyse is an artist and graphic designer who coloured a Doctor Who strip in the 1995 Doctor Who Yearbook, and illustrated a text story in the same publication. More of his Doctor Who-themed art can be found on his website, including a particularly nice picture of the Seventh Doctor (though the one pictured to the right is actually the Fourth).
