Mike Higgs is a comic artist possibly best known for The Cloak, a comedic strip about a crimefighter which ran in the Odhams titles Pow! (1967-68) and Smash! (1968-69). He also drew for other titles including Buster and Whizzer and Chips. He later moved into other areas of illustration, including book design.
