Michael Carroll is a comics writer who was born in Ireland in 1966 and is not yet dead. His website is here. For 2000 AD he has written Judge Dredd and a Future Shock. For the Judge Dredd Megazine he has written more Judge Dredd, Tales from the Black Museum and three articles.
Carroll has also written for FutureQuake and the fanzine Zarjaz. His Judge Dredd story appeared in 2015's 2000 AD Sci-Fi Special, and he is the co-creator of Judge Fintan Joyce, Judge Caterina Pax, Paradox Vega and Laurel Docks, as well as Proteus Vex.
