Mark Sexton is an Australian comics artist who drew the Judge Dredd story Ghosts, in 2000 AD prog 1963 to prog 1968 His work is crammed with detail and can be pored over for a long time, because he likes "trying to make things look like they exist for real."
Sexton also drew the Sinister Dexter story Replica in 2000 AD prog 2000 (published September 2016). The conclusion of that story is set in a graveyard where one of the tombstones reads: "MARK SEXTON: MISSED ANOTHER DEADLINE." (The stone behind looks like it says "MATT SMITH: TOLERANT TO THE END.") And he drew a one-page humour strip in the 2000 AD 40th Anniversary Special featuring Mek-Quake and Hammerstein.
