Kuay was a woman from the planet Anhaut who was mentally enslaved by the Daleks and forced to aid them in invading her planet for the second time in its history. Kuay tried to prevent actor Hok Nepo from discovering the secret of the Daleks previous defeat, but contact with a crystal helmet broke the Daleks' hold over her, and she realised this was the telepathic weapon which had beaten them before. Kuay channeled her own life energy into the helmet and released it as a telepathic wave which destroyed the Dalek taskforce, but at the cost of her own life.
