Kevin O'Connor was a loudmouthed, crass, callous and incredibly popular sports commentator who gave a running commentary on games of street football. Ultimately, O'Connor was revealed to have been one of the group of individuals responsible for the death of Matt Tallon's brother, Paul. He was last seen being somehow sucked into the circuitry of a videogame along with Rollo Hartie, condemned to play in the Mean Arena forever.
