Kenneth Niemand is a comics writer who wrote 'Watch the Stars!', a story about Starlord, narrated by Tharg (pictured), that was published in 2000 AD prog 2061. He has also written quite a bit of Judge Dredd. He is the co-creator of the character Noam Chimpsky.
