History[]
Juliet November is an auxiliary working for the Mega-City One Justice Department's Psi-Division. She has the ability to start fires with her mind, but has very little control over this ability. Which makes it more of a constant health-and-safety hazard than a superpower, really. She sustained extensive burn damage to her right hand as a result of her own abilities.
Juliet used to have a fairly normal life, with her own apartment and a robot maid. However, after an unfortunate incident in which she incinerated a gang of criminals because they had killed her boyfriend, who was trying to protect her, she was arrested by Judge Dredd. The brokenhearted firestarter now lives in a cell beneath Psi-Division, furnished with a few personal belongings such as books and a statue of the Buddha. She once helped Psi-Judge Anderson save the department from a nano-bot assault, but was locked up again afterwards.
