History[]

Judge Feyy is a character from the 2000 AD strip Judge Dredd. He was the oldest psychic in the Mega-City One Justice Department's Psi-Division, and his powers were greatly respected. So when, on his rather uncomfortable-looking deathbed, he predicted disaster for the city in the year 2120 AD which could only be averted by finding a boy known as the Judge Child who was fated to rule the city in its darkest hour, people took him seriously. Chief Judge Griffin sent a squad of judges led by Judge Joseph Dredd out on a lengthy quest to find the boy which ended up taking them halfway across the galaxy.

Unfortunately, Judge Feyy seems to have become a little confused in his old age, as Owen Krysler, the Judge Child, turned out to be the source of the threat rather than its solution. the Judge Child Quest itself ended up sparking off a sequence of events which led to the city being destroyed by Krysler's demented clone, The Mutant, in a potential future which Dredd then had to avert (at the cost of his own eyes, which were destroyed by a monster and had to be replaced with bionic ones).

Feyy's predictions were said to be 88.8% accurate, a pretty decent average for a Psi-Judge. It's a shame that the one time it really mattered, the senile old fool got it hopelessly wrong.
