John Keith Geering (9th March 1941 to 13th August 1999) was a comics artist (and writer) from Lancashire best known for his lengthy association with D.C. Thomson. He worked on D.C. Thomson titles such as Beano, Dandy, Sparky, Nutty, Topper, Cracker and Plug on strips including Bananaman, Smudge, Antchester United, Pansy Potter, The Badd Lads and Puss 'n' Boots. He also worked for IPC, his credits for them including Gums for Buster and Why, Dad, Why? for Cheeky Weekly.
