Based in Hong Kong, Jimmy Chang was a kung fu expert (obviously) who waged a one-man war against the triads, the criminal organisations which ran the city's underworld. His fists and feet were lethal weapons (which was just as well, as he disliked using any other weapons, seeming to consider them to be for sissies) and he had no appreciable sense of humour. There's not really much else to say about him.
