Jimmy Betancourt is an American comics letterer who, along with Britain's Richard Starkings, has lettered several Doctor Who and Torchwood strips and the limited series Death Sentence, all published by Titan Comics, amongst other things. He works for Comicraft, the California based company founded by Starkings.
