Synopsis for "The Black Knight"[]
The Black Knight fights Gagol, the leader of the trolls. He knocks his flaming sword into a stream, extinguishing it, and then kicks the troll into the water. The water makes Gagol melt, because the pure waters of Earth will always defeat a creature of fire from Otherworld. Once Gagol is dead the other trolls disappear. Valinor eats fruit growing from the tree that used to be Old Sarah Mumford and all his injuries are healed. He and the Black Knight fly away.
