Synopsis for "Captain Britain"[]
Hurricane's origin story and downfall are reprinted, with alterations, from Captain Britain #7. This time round Hurricane is depicted as being a servant of the Nether Gods, like the Reaver (who has a cameo in the first panel).
The comic then reprints the story of how Captain Britain's worthiness was tested when he battled a fire-breathing monster in another dimension while Merlyn and Roma watched. This was first shown in Captain Britain #33 and Captain Britain #34.
Notes[]
Published by Marvel UK in October 1979.
Trivia[]
The 'being tested in another dimension' bit originally happened just after the Captain had defeated Lord Hawk.
