Synopsis for "The Black Knight"[]
Captain Britain fights the White Rider. He discovers that the White Rider is not the anthropomorphic personification of Death, but "just some corpse, animated by a demonic will." The Black Knight arrives on Valinor and banishes the Doom-Wraiths who were predicting Captain Britain's death. His arrival distracts Captain Britain long enough for the White Rider to kill him. The Black Knight kills the White Rider and mourns his fallen comrade.
