Hi-Fi is the nom de plume of comics colourist Brian Miller, founder of Hi-Fi colour design. Hi-Fi has worked on several of Titan Comics' Doctor Who titles (Pictured is the Twelfth Doctor in Doctor Who Comic #7). He has also worked extensively in American comics for many years.
