History[]
Hattie was the bassist in a revivalist punk band on board the Twist, a huge space station in the far future. She assisted The Doctor in learning the truth about the Twist's human colonists (who had actually been cloned from cell samples by the hyper-evolved foxes known as the Foxkin after the original colonists died in transit) and then accepted his offer of a quick trip in the TARDIS. She was then returned home, though the Doctor has since come back to enlist her aid again at least once.

Hattie is one of the few characters from Doctor Who comics to have transcended the medium she was born in. She was referenced in the Doctor Who novel The Shining Man, in which the Doctor at one point recounts how the TARDIS library once became possessed and Hattie was attacked by a carnivorous copy of the 1976 Bash Street Kids annual. The fact that the book's author was Cavan Scott, who also worked on the Titan Comics Doctor Who line, may have something to do with this.
