Harma was an Ice Warrior from Mars, an old friend of Abslom Daak, Dalek Killer. Daak recruited Harma for his Dalek busting team, the Star Tigers, though not before having to fight him to a standstill first since Harma was employed as a fighter at the time and was contractually obliged to try to kill everyone who walked through the door. Harma was apparently killed when the team's ship, the Kill Wagon, crashed, but he later turned up alive, as did the rest of the team. Harma's current whereabouts and activities are unknown.
