The Gene Dogs were an elite team of genetically engineered operatives of S.T.O.R.M, a pan-European counter terrorist organisation. Members included Kestrel (Annie Jones), Panther (Corrine Walton), Pacer (Carlos de Silva), Cat (Emma Malone), Tyr (Marc Devlin), Eagle (Lars Dinkelbach) and Howitzer (Shaka). They once fought Hurricane, who was then empoyed by the Mys-Tech Corporation.
