Gary Gillatt is a former editor of Doctor Who Magazine, and also wrote at least one comic strip, Star Beast II featuring the return of Fudge Higgins and Beep the Meep, in the 1996 Doctor Who Yearbook. He later returned to Doctor Who Magazine to write DVD reviews.
