Fudge Higgins was a schoolboy from Blackcastle who, along with his friend Sharon Davies, became embroiled in the machinations of Beep the Meep and helped the Doctor defeat him. Fifteen years later, Beep returned to seek revenge on Earth, but the Doctor and Fudge (now the manager of the Blackcastle Multiplex) defeated him again by trapping him inside an old Lassie movie.
