The Spooktacular 7 was a humour strip by Brian Walker in Whoopee! about a group of well meaning ghouls taking on missions to defend the innocent from the forces of darkness. The members included Suffering Sam, Bertie Bedsheet, Dennis the Devil, Cookie the Witch, Cyril the Spider, Boneypart the Skeleton, and the Innkeeper of the Scream Inn (this series was a direct sequel to Scream Inn). The team also had a housekeeper, Dotty, who took messages for them.
