Felix was a genetically engineered cat-man who, along with his 'brother' the wolf man Fangor, served as aide to the insane Doctor Scarabeus. When the Hulk thwarted Scarabeus's plans for world conquest with the aid of his daughter Tisha, Felix and Fangor fled, leaving the creator at the mercy of his own rampaging 'Manimals'.
