Earl Norem (1923-2015) was an American artist whose work graced the covers of several Marvel Comics, including Marvel UK's Incredible Hulk Vol 1 21, though the image used was actually created for issue #16 of the American black and white Hulk magazine from 1979, and covers from Rampage Vol 2 which were likewise created for Hulk magazine.
