IDW Publishing are an American publisher who for several years between 2008 and 2013 published both new US originated comics based on Doctor Who and reprints of material originally published by Marvel UK in their Doctor Who Magazine, the latter under the titles Doctor Who Classics (series' one and two) and Grant Morrison's Doctor Who (specifically reprinting stories by Grant Morrison, obviously). They published a large number of Who related titles during this time, but in July 2013 lost their licence, which was subsequently awarded to Titan Magazines (see Doctor Who (Titan Comics)). As a result, all of their Who material is now out of print and digital copies are not available.
