Demon! was one of four horror titles (the others being Castle of Horror, Tales of Terror and Journey into Nightmare) published in 1978 by Portman Distribution under a short lived licensing deal to reprint material from the black and white horror titles published in the USA by Marvel Comics. The licence was pulled after Marvel recieved a complaint from their own British arm, Marvel UK, who had not been consulted on the matter. Demon! lasted just three issues, all of which featured Gabriel, Demon Hunter and issues one and three of which featured Satana, the Devil's Daughter.
