David Millgate is a British comics artist who is the co-creator (with Dan Abnett) of popular long-running 2000 AD series Sinister Dexter. He has also drawn one of Tharg's Future Shocks, Outlaw, Havok, a Bison cover (pictured) and Judge Dredd.
