Dale Halvorsen, a.k.a. Joey Hi-Fi, is a cover designer and comics writer who wrote the Durham Red story in 2000 AD's 40th anniversary special, with Lauren Beukes. He also came up with the idea for Survivors' Club, a DC Vertigo comic written by Beukes. There is an interview with him and Beukes in Judge Dredd Megazine #381.
