Creep is a series by Si Spencer and Kevin Cullen, with lettering by Gordon Robson (the first three stories) and Tom Frame (the last story). It was published in the Judge Dredd Megazine issues 2.41 to 2.44 ('Creep'), 2.50 ('Creep's Day Out'), 2.51 to 2.54 ('True Love') and 2.70 ('A Very Creepy Christmas', from which the picture on the right is taken).
The strip's title character is a mutant, or possibly a supernatural entity, who lives in the Undercity beneath Mega-City One and has the power to warp reality. He can change his own appearance and alter the physical world around him in the blink of an eye. Despite this awesome ability, he spends most of his time lurking in the dark and playing sick, twisted games with anybody foolish or unlucky enough to stumble across him. People tend to call him Creep because he looks, well, creepy. He has been scanned by a Psi-Judge who took the Long Walk into the Undercity and by Judge Death himself, and both of them found that he possesses no life, soul or spirit. As the psychic put it, "Nothing... there's nothing there..." This is possibly the most horrifying thing about him.
