The Conjurors, who appeared to be virtually identical, were two of the original members of the Crazy Gang led by Mad Jim Jaspers on Earth-238. They clashed briefly with Captain Britain (Brian Braddock) but, like their colleague the Dormouse, were presumably killed when Earth-238 was destroyed and (unlike the rest of the Gang) were not resurrected on Earth-616.
