Colin Howard is an illustrator who provided painted covers for numerous Doctor Who VHS releases from BBC Video and Doctor Who calendars and postcards in the 1990s, as well as covers for Marvel UK's Doctor Who Magazine and Doctor Who Classic Comics. He also drew for the Red Dwarf Smegazine published by Fleetway.
