Mayors of Mega-City One

Characters who have been Mayor of Mega-City One. The position is largely an honorary one, as the Chief Judge is the de facto leader of the city, so it is to PJ Maybe's credit that he was able to effect real change when in office, balancing the budget, making the zooms run on time and instituting welfare reforms. Okay, he was also a serial killer and criminal genius who left scores of corpses in his wake, but you can't have everything. And he probably had fewer fleas than Dave the Orangutan.
