Carlos Pino (born Madrid, 7th September 1940) was a Spanish comics artist who worked extensively in Britain for Fleetway, on titles including:
- 2000 AD (on Angel, Invasion!, Disaster 1990! and Tharg's Future Shocks)

- Battle Picture Weekly (on Johnny Red)
- The New Eagle (on M.A.S.K.)
- Ring Raiders
- Speed
- Starlord (on Ro-Busters)

- Football Picture Library
In the 1980 Pino worked for D.C. Thomson on comics including Victor, Starblazer and Commando. He contributed (with his friend and partner Vicente Alcazar) to TV Century 21, drawing episodes of Star Trek and Department S, and also drew segments of the Judge Dredd newspaper strip.
