Synopsis for "In The Shadow Of The Hawk!"[]

Dai Thomas is taken off the Lord Hawk case after he makes disparaging remarks about Captain Britain on live TV, but decides to go after Captain Britain anyway. Jamie and Betsy watch footage of the attack on Piccadilly. Jamie goes round to Brian's flat to offer his help. Brian doesn't want Jamie to get into danger, so he knocks him unconscious, ties him up in a chair and continues studying the blueprints of Lord Hawk's bird. Lord Hawk attacks Thames University. Captain Britain tries to stop him. Jacko Tanner grabs Captain Britain because he is jealous of Courtney Ross' regard for him. This distracts the hero, allowing the mechanical hawk to seize him and bear him aloft. Nice one, Jacko...
