Arthur Bruce Cornwell(1920-2012) was a Canadian born comics artist who worked on Dan Dare in the Eagle (Hulton Press) as part of Frank Hampson's studio in the 1950's and early 1960's, though he resigned twice in that time because of the heavy workload. He specialised in machinery, vehicles and buildings, and also drew features such as Ships Through the Ages for Eagle. He also drew strips for Swift, Wham! and Express Weekly, and worked on Dalek Book Vol 1 1 (1964) and Dalek World Vol 1 1 (1965). Towards the end of his life, he contributed art to the Dan Dare fanzine Spaceship Away.
