Brazen was a mysterious new recruit to the street football team Slater's Slayers. Matt Tallon initially suspected her of being in league with the people responsible for the death of his brother, Paul, but Brazen turned out to be Paul's girlfriend, who shared Tallon's need to avenge Paul and had joined the squad in order to do it.
